Our engineers have years of experience in industry application and teaching of CAD (computer aided design) software. All of our staff are Certified Solidworks Professionals, and can fully utilize some of the most capable software available for mechanical engineering design. We are capable of designing original parts and assemblies, or working with existing CAD file or paper drawings. In addition to modeling we offer engineering drawings and documentation to ensure that work performed can be communicated and persevered effectively.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a technique for approximating and simulating physical systems, such as how a part handles stress or thermal changes. It is used in new product design, and existing product refinement, and allows a designer to verify a proposed design will be able to meet specifications prior to construction.
We use Solidworks Simulation, an industry leading software package for the majority of our FEA needs during the design process. This allows us to quickly and effectively run simulations seamlessly within the design process. We also internally develop application specific CAD modeling and simulation software, and can build FEA models from the ground up to meet the exact needs of a given project.

Many modern designs have so much complexity that it is impractical or impossible for a human engineer to directly analyze the performance of the system in all its possible permutations. We specialize in such problems by implementing state of the art multivariable optimization algorithms which can analyze a multitude of design variations to determine optimal solutions on a scale that was impossibly large less than a decade ago. This is an extremely powerful design technique with many applications.
